"Reconfigured piece by piece by the designers (now based in Qatar), in collaboration with Qatari artist Maryam al-Homaid, the 250,000 keychains were inserted between the glass walls of an architectural structure in such a way as to form both stylized geometric patterns (in the tradition of Islamic art) and a reproduction (letter by letter, in the style of Scrabble) of the chants shouted by the supporters of the four finalist teams of the 2022 World Cup. Namely: “Allez, Allez!” for France, “Vamos!” for Argentina, “Alé!” for Croatia, and “Ssir!” for Morocco." -
